Barrister Habeeba Ahmad Naseer
Chief Legal OfficerBarrister Habeeba Ahmad Naseer is a senior legal professional with over fifteen years of experience in Pakistan’s corporate and public legal sector. She began her career at RIAA Barker Gillette and subsequently worked with Irfan & Irfan before joining the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab (IDAP), where she eventually led the Legal Department. Her experience spans a wide range of commercial, regulatory, and public-sector legal work, including contract structuring, legal advisory, cross-institutional coordination, and specialised work in intellectual property (IP) law, energy, and competition law.
A Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn and an accredited mediator, Habeeba brings extensive expertise in commercial contracting, legal structuring, regulatory frameworks, and complex dispute resolution. She has led key legal proceedings, advised on statutory matters, and managed significant negotiations across multi-stakeholder public-sector projects.
She has taught the University of London programme and has conducted executive trainings for leading organisations on workplace harassment laws, grievance handling, and conflict de-escalation.
In her current role as CLO of PFAS, she provides strategic legal leadership and ensures sound governance, compliance, and risk management in support of the organisation’s mandate.
