Kudos on earning a world full of chaos! What exactly was our endeavor? Making our lives easier, better, improving its quality? By becoming inorganic from organic? By ceding space to artificial from natural? By promoting what’s built in laboratories on support against what grows and evolves from experiences?
Why else do you think there was a need to protect the interests of shareholders and now a multiverse of stakeholders, through a barrage of regulations, stipulations, codes, compliance and reporting requirements? The corporate world was never expected to be fully transparent and it sure as hell delivered on those expectations by being even muddier than the slew of regulations meant to keep it trustworthy and thus afloat!
Indeed, it is. And we should prefer to experience firsthand. But experience is not the starting point, it’s just a lesson if reflecting upon someone else’s or a tool if embarking on one. It is pure imagination that is and should always be the starting point. The relationship cannot be more unambiguous than this: experience leads us through the path carved out by imagination.
