Ahmad Tanvir Qazi serves as General Manager Energy at PFAS. Prior to joining PFAS, he served as Senior Director, Market Operations at ISMO, and as Senior Manager in the Market Operations and Development Department at CPPA-G, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the liberalization of Pakistan’s power sector. His work has been closely associated with the development and implementation of operational frameworks, market design, and product structuring under Pakistan’s Competitive Trading Bilateral Contract Market (CTBCM) model.

Mr. Qazi brings extensive professional experience across Pakistan’s energy and corporate sectors, having previously worked with several well-reputed organizations, including ENGRO and KMLG. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in market operations, regulatory frameworks, and strategic energy sector development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) and an Executive MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
