Nauman Yousuf brings over 17 years of experience in public administration, fiscal policy, and economic governance as a member of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). His career spans senior leadership roles across the Government of Pakistan and the Government of Punjab, with expertise in public financial management, macro-fiscal policy, tax administration, institutional reform, and large-scale public sector program management.

He has held key positions including Special Secretary Finance (Budget & Resources) at the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, and Chairman of the Punjab Revenue Authority, where he has overseen provincial fiscal policy, revenue mobilization, macroeconomic framework development, and negotiations on development financing with federal and international partners.

He holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from SOAS, University of London, where he studied as a Chevening Fellow with distinction, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS), where he leads the organization’s advisory work supporting fiscal management and strategic financial decision-making for the Government of Punjab.
