Mr. Shahid Mahmood, a gold medalist in MBA from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, has over 19 years of diversified experience across investment banking and corporate finance. He has worked in multiple financial institutions in Pakistan and has executed a wide range of corporate finance syndications, M&A, infrastructure advisory, private equity, and cross-border financing transactions. 

 He previously served as Head of Project Finance at the Bank of Punjab, leading large public- and private-sector mandates across power, infrastructure, industrial, and CPEC-related projects. He has structured and closed numerous complex syndicated facilities and advised on strategic transactions across multiple sectors. 

 From 2021 to 2025, he was the CFO of GH2 Industries (Pvt.) Limited, where he spearheaded the fund raising and development of an Agri-based, export-oriented, vertically integrated industrial venture. He successfully led both debt and equity mobilization from local and international institutions. 

 Mr. Mahmood now serves as General Manager, Transaction Advisory & Investment Management at PFAS, where his cross-sectoral expertise and experience with local and international stakeholders support PFAS's mission to deliver high-quality advisory services for government-led infrastructure and investment initiatives.
