Muhammad Mohsin Alam

Muhammad Mohsin Alam is a public sector administrator with over ten years of experience in government and institutional management. He is a qualified ACCA and holds a BSc (Hons.) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.


He has served in key government roles across both field and secretariat assignments, including as Assistant Commissioner in Kallar Kahar, Hafizabad, and Kabirwala. He also served in the Cabinet Wing, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) and was most recently posted in the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, as Deputy Secretary where he worked on public-sector finance and contributed to key decision-making related to Department like Home Department, Local Government and Community Development Department, Energy Department, Planning and Development Board, Communication & Works (C&W), Housing & Urban Development, and Public Health Engineering Department.


As General Manager (Administration & Headquarters) he plays a central role in strengthening administrative governance, and organizational coordination along with the development of efficient, data-informed, and future-ready administrative frameworks.
